Terms & Conditions

Welcome to SMARKA Sports Mfg. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the
following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any inquiry,
sample request, or bulk order.

1. Payment Terms

SMARKA Sports Mfg operates on the following payment structure:

100% advance payment, or 50% advance + 50% before shipment
Accepted payment methods include Remitly, Western Union, MoneyGram, and Bank Transfer.
Orders are only moved to production after advance payment is received.

2. Sample Policy

  • We do not provide free samples.
  • All samples are produced on a paid basis only, depending on the design and customization required.
  • Production of samples begins after full payment is received.

3. Production Time

Our standard production time is 8–12 working days
However, delivery time may vary based on order quantity and level of customization. A precise timeline will be confirmed once the order details are finalized.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping is arranged by SMARKA Sports Mfg, and we offer FREE worldwide
    shipping on all bulk orders.

  • Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

5. Refund, Return & Redo Policy

Because all products are custom-made, we follow a strict policy:

  • Refund or redo is provided ONLY if the mistake is from our side.
  • Issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the goods, with photo/video proof.

No refunds are issued for wrong sizes provided by the buyer or change of mind after production

6. Intellectual Property

By providing us your artwork, logo, or design:

  • You confirm that you have full rights to use it.
  • SMARKA Sports Mfg is not responsible for trademark or copyright violations caused by
    customer-supplied designs.
